This beautiful handmade fused glass dandelion seed head wave is simple but effective. Made using glass enamel paint, glass frit and sheet glass to produce a beautiful garden scene.
The glass is painted and then the crushed glass and glass leaves are added to create the piece. Each piece will be very slightly different and each one will be unique.
The glass will be fired to leave a lovely textured finish and then fired again on the mould to create the shape. In all approx 40 hours will be spent in the kiln to produce this piece.

This piece is approx 20x12cm before shaping.
Please be aware that as with all my work it’s handmade and individual and no two pieces are the same although they’re similar.
This piece can also lend itself to being on a curve.
