A lovely handmade fused glass dog candle curve or just a windowsill decoration.
This piece has been made using glass frit, beads, sheet and powder glass and enamel paint.
The dog is busy playing in the garden among the trees, grass and flowers. A little butterfly and bee buzz around the in the sky above his head. I fire these pieces to leave a textured finish. Each one will be quite unique and will not be an exact replica of the photos these are for a guide only.
The dogs are made using a stencil and glass powders, this is a little tricky and can be prone to move a little bit in the kiln giving a little bit of a fluffy effect at the edges. The colour of the dogs will be a representation of the dog not an exact replica due to the choice of glass colours available.
I currently have a small selection of dogs to choose from should your have a specific breed you’d like to order please message me and I will see if I can get one cut for me to use. This will of course take a while longer to make than normal.
As these will all be made to order please be aware of the time frame for delivery. The pieces are fired a minimum of twice at around 20 hours each each time.
I can fit 2 dogs on to a curve. However there will not be as much floral decoration on the piece due to the space available. These will be available at an extra cost.
You will see on a couple of pictures I have placed one on a base as this was requested by my customer. This can be done at an extra cost.
